1. Who Fulfils Your Order
Orders placed through plug-insolar.co.uk are sold, dispatched and fulfilled by PowerXpress LTD. Plug-In Solar acts as the sales agent.
2. Delivery Area
PowerXpress delivers to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom. Some remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, may require additional delivery time or charges. Any restriction or charge will be confirmed before dispatch.
3. Delivery Charges
Free standard delivery applies only where it is shown on the product page or at checkout. Any delivery charge that applies to your address will be shown or confirmed before payment is taken.
4. Delivery Timescales
For in-stock products, the estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. For reservations, the estimated dispatch window is shown in your reservation confirmation and customer portal. All delivery and dispatch dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. PowerXpress will provide updates if the expected timing changes.
5. Delivery Process
Products weighing 45kg or more are delivered kerbside. A responsible adult must be present to accept the delivery and arrange safe movement of the product from the kerb to its intended location.
PowerXpress or its courier will provide delivery or tracking information and may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date or time window.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed, follow the courier's instructions or contact PowerXpress to rearrange it. Repeated failed deliveries may incur additional charges.
8. Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If the packaging or product appears damaged, note this with the courier, take photographs where possible, and contact PowerXpress immediately at contact@powerxpress.com or +44 7990 069 488.
